The device combining photobiomodulation, chromotherapy, binaural music therapy and aromatherapy in a single facial treatment. Born for Sinaesthetic Medicine®, distributed exclusively for beauty centers and medical spas.
Indicated after any facial aesthetic treatment, from peeling to Plexr®: it stimulates collagen and elastin neogenesis, disinfects the skin and reduces recovery time after Laser and other technologies — a high-perceived-value service your center can sell right away.
FM5 Sensory is an innovative device for Sinaesthetic Medicine® treatments. Its helmet-shaped structure activates sight, hearing and smell simultaneously — with touch and taste added by protocol — to generate a state of psychophysical de-stress internationally recognized as Cardiac Relaxation.
Stress has been defined by the World Health Organization as one of the main causes of premature skin aging: wrinkles, folds and morpho-structural skin alterations. Sinaesthetic Medicine® was created to manage stress and its effects on skin and mind through medical protocols that promote psychophysical relaxation induced by the synergistic activation of the five senses.

Every FM5 Sensory treatment combines light, sound and scent in a single protocol, easily managed by the operator.
A system of 130 LEDs at wavelengths of 635nm (red), 525nm (green) and 470nm (blue), overlaid to generate all colors of the visible spectrum. The LEDs are integrated into a grid that evenly wraps the face, projecting light onto neck and décolleté as well.
Listening to binaural musical frequencies that help the patient regain control of body and mind, increasing self-healing capacity.
Diffusion of essential oils through a single-use, interchangeable diffuser, personalized for each client and integrated into the device.
Inside the device is a built-in oximeter that measures heart rate and blood oxygen saturation percentage during the session. Observing these parameters develops the patient's cardio-respiratory self-control and anxiety management — Cardiac Relaxation, internationally recognized.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has defined stress as the leading cause of illness worldwide. The skin, the largest organ of the human body, is the most exposed to its effects: it shows signs of premature aging, especially on the face, with wrinkles, folds and volumetric and morpho-structural alterations that compromise its beauty, in men and women of all ages.
The mechanisms by which light interacts with the body are now well known and codified: absorbed photons accelerate electron transfer in the mitochondrial respiratory chain and stimulate, through cytochrome c oxidase (the main mitochondrial photoacceptor), the production of small amounts of reactive oxygen species (ROS). The result is increased ATP synthesis, the energy that fuels cell proliferation and regeneration — the same principle, on a cellular scale, that underlies photosynthesis in plants.
Light is a form of energy — photonic energy — measurable as a flow of photons. Wavelength, expressed in nanometers, determines its interaction with the skin: the visible spectrum used in LED phototherapy ranges from 400nm (violet) to 700nm (red). Unlike IPL and lasers, the power levels used in LED therapy carry no risk to skin or tissue.
Wavelength and frequency are inversely proportional: the shorter the wavelength, the higher the frequency and the energy it carries. Below 400nm lie ultraviolet rays, X-rays and gamma rays, all high-energy; above 700nm lie infrared, radio waves and microwaves, at lower energy. Visible light — between 400 and 700nm — is the portion used by LED phototherapy.
FM5 Sensory was developed by Dr. P.M. Mandrillo and Dr. G. Fischetto, manufactured by GMV — a leader in the design and production of electromedical devices — and distributed by LGM, a company specialized in professional aesthetic technologies.
Each program automatically sets the most suitable chromo-photonic sequence, customizable based on age, skin type and treatment goal.
Blue-dominant sequence, antibacterial and anti-acne action.
Paired technologies: ultrasound or photo-conveyors, 4–6 weekly preliminary sessions. In younger patients, brief De-Stress after the session; in adults with stress-related acne, an additional 6–8 session Long De-Stress cycle.
Sequence: White · Yellow · Blue (pulse) · Cyan (pulse) · Red (pulse) · Purple · White
Red-dominant sequence, mitochondrial activation and fibroblastic stimulation, for those wanting to prevent early signs of skin aging.
Paired technologies: FEV (photo-electro conveyor) or 3MHz ultrasound, 4–6 weekly sessions; FM5 applied right after each session.
Sequence: White · Yellow · Green (pulse) · Red (pulse) · Purple · Blue · Cyan · White
Green-dominant sequence, skin microcirculation booster, indicated after carboxytherapy or radiofrequency for facial volume recovery.
Paired technologies: carboxytherapy, EVOLUTION (FEV, portable radiofrequency) or THUZZLE, 4–6 weekly sessions with FM5 closing each session.
Sequence: White · Yellow · Green (pulse) · Red (pulse) · Cyan · Blue (pulse) · White
Red-dominant sequence, neoangiogenesis and neocollagenesis, ideal after mesotherapy biostimulation or carboxytherapy.
Paired technologies: mesotherapy biostimulation, carboxytherapy or THUZZLE.
Sequence: White · Yellow · Red (pulse) · Green (pulse) · Blue · Cyan (pulse) · White
Red-dominant sequence for dermal recovery, indicated on skin with marked signs of aging and facial volume loss.
Paired technologies: mesotherapy biostimulation, carboxytherapy or THUZZLE.
Sequence: White · Yellow · Red (pulse) · Purple (pulse) · Green (pulse) · Blue · White
Green-dominant sequence, for skin damage from psychological, environmental or prolonged screen-exposure stress.
Paired technologies: mesotherapy biostimulation, carboxytherapy or THUZZLE.
Sequence: White · Yellow · Green (pulse) · Red (pulse) · Blue (pulse) · Cyan (pulse) · White

Sequence: White · Yellow · Green (pulse) · Red (pulse) · Purple (pulse) · Cyan · Blue · White
Purple-dominant sequence, to maintain and enhance the results of skin rejuvenation treatments already successfully performed.
Sequence: White · Yellow · Purple (pulse) · Red (pulse) · Cyan · Blue · White
The visible spectrum ranges from 400nm (violet) to 700nm (red): each wavelength interacts differently with the skin.
Known as "biologically active light": reaches the dermis and stimulates fibroblasts, increasing collagen and elastin production, neoangiogenesis and mitochondrial ATP. Suitable for all skin types, also indicated on the periocular area and forehead to reduce fine lines and wrinkles; useful for relieving muscle pain and speeding recovery after trauma.
A genuine antibacterial agent against acne-causing bacteria (propionibacteria): reduces comedones and inflammation, regulates excess sebum on oily skin without damaging tissue. Penetrates up to 0.5mm and helps delay and counter skin sagging.
Indicated for combination skin: improves dermal cell function, increases oxygen production and activates surface microcirculation. Anti-wrinkle and calming action, reduces redness and rosacea, lightens pigmentation, freckles and sun-damage spots.
A combination of red and blue: strengthens skin protein fibers, improves complexion, reduces pore dilation, swelling, edema and wrinkle depth. Relaxing action on the skin, boosts blood circulation.
A combination of blue and green: gradually increases cell energy, promotes skin metabolism and regulates glandular function. Activates collagen and protein synthesis, brightens complexion, mitigates inflammation and promotes relaxation of tense skin.
Classified in medical terms as amber light: reduces redness, soothes sensitive or inflamed skin, improves microcirculation. Very effective on rosacea and spider veins, fades dark spots, freckles and UV damage.
A simultaneous mix of all frequencies: a relaxing effect that activates the skin's natural renewal system, countering signs of aging and restoring a younger, healthier look. Used to open and close every chromo-photonic sequence.
A complete session, from skin preparation to maintaining results over time.
Before each session, skincare products, creams and makeup are completely removed so the emitted light is fully absorbed by the skin.
The helmet is placed on the client's head with the front reflector oriented toward the face; the operator selects the most suitable protocol among the 10 available.
Each treatment lasts about 30–50 minutes, depending on the protocol chosen and the client's goal.
Depending on the goal, collagen creams or acne-specific creams are applied, to improve skin quality and treat problem areas.
First results are visible immediately and persist for the following 48 hours; full results of each cycle last from 6 to 12 months.
To preserve results over time, monthly and/or quarterly follow-ups are recommended, combined with cosmetological and cosmeceutical guidance for home use.
